Yes ! We are delighted to accommodate large groups and can design a bespoke package to suit your needs. Should you wish to book a large table, or privatise some or all of Le Rouge, contact our team who will be delighted to assist you.

Yes!

Whether you wish to:

  • host a private dinner, wine tasting session or business meeting in the wine cellar,
  • host a reception or party in “La Luge”,
  • host a banquet in the main restaurant,
  • host a cocktail event on the terrace
  • privatise the entire restaurant,

Le Rouge Restaurant & Après-Ski offers privatisation options to suit all needs and can cater for a reception for up to 300 guests.

Our staff earns a wage in line with Swiss laws and customs. Like others in the profession, our team is very grateful to receive a gratuity (or a tip) for excellent service rendered.

Gift vouchers are a great way to treat your friends and family.
Gift vouchers are available in any denomination you desire.
Vouchers and are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
Gift Vouchers can be used in the Main Restaurant, Après-Ski, and for boutique items.
Vouchers are not refundable for cash.
In the event that the product redeemed is less than the value of the voucher, no change will be given. 
Hard copies of the voucher must be presented at the restaurant to redeem.

The value on your gift voucher will be applied towards your purchase. Any remaining amount due can be paid in cash or by bank card.

Inside Le Rouge totally non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside the building and on our terraces. 

We love children! High chairs, and baby changing facilities are available – please ask our staff.

We are also pleased to offer an organic children’s menu [LINK] for under 12’s.

During busy times, we do not recommend taking young children, push chairs or animals onto the upstairs terrace. There is much more space to manoeuvre on our lower terrace. 

Of course!  We happy to accommodate our smaller guests and their “wheels.” Please let us know when you reserve such that we can allocate an appropriate table.

Wheelchairs can access the lower and upper terraces outside, as well as the main restaurant on the ground floor and La Luge bar upstairs. However, our restrooms are situated in the basement and we not have an elevator. 

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on our terraces and inside the restaurant.

Yes! We have onsite parking for a limited number of vehicles. 

Alternatively the parking at Brunnet is available for use in the evenings. Please note that all vehicles will need to be vacated before the morning arrives.

Alternatively, our nearest bus stop (Brunnet) is served by bus lines 1,2,3 and 4. As well as the “BUS APÉRITIF ET RESTAURANT”

We are an upscale, casual restaurant & après-ski.  Be comfortable and feel free to come as you are! Just come hungry!

Yes! Le Rouge offers free Wi-Fi to its customers via Purple Wi-Fi.

We can also bring our Le Rouge Pop-up concept to you.

We love to sing happy birthday!

We can also organise personalised birthday cakes or desserts. Choose from a variety of styles and flavours. 

Bespoke desserts must be ordered a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

We always do our best to accommodate special requests. When ordering, please inform your waiter / waitress of your needs.

Vegetarian-friendly dishes are identified on our menus. For all other allergen or ingredient enquiries, please ask our team.

Donations amounting to approximately 3’000 CHF per year are collected on the door for our infamous Carnival party and donated to GREENPEACE

For this event local DJs give their services charitably and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts. 

Le Rouge also donates 1 CHF to CANSEARCH for each hamburger sold, amounting to approximately 2’500 CHF per year. The CANSEARCH Foundation finances research projects as part of the Child and Adolescent Onco-Hematology Unit of the Pediatric Department of the Geneva University Hospital. The tasks of this unit are: 

  • to treat children with cancer or blood diseases 
  • to conduct research in order to improve the understanding and treatment of these diseases  

PRODUCE

The cuisine, where possible, uses local, seasonal, sustainable produce. 

By respecting the environment and by favouring local suppliers, Le Rouge looks after the best interests of it customers and the local economy.

ENERGY

At Le Rouge, we are consumers of energy that is 100% renewable. 

RECYCLING

We recycle cardboard, glass, cooking oils and plastic. Our organic waste is used to produce BioGas. 

CLEANING PRODUCTS

We employ ecological, biodegradable, natural and organic cleaning and sanitary products from Total Clean. For the most part, these are certified ECOLABEL, ECOCERT and BIO.

Le Rouge Restaurant & Après-ski employs a dynamic, motivated, hard-working and vibrant team. We look for experienced team players with a good grasp of both French and English and who enjoy contact with an international clientele in the hospitality industry. During the winter, Le Rouge is open 7/7 from midday until midnight.

Lunch is served 12pm – 3pm and dinner from 7pm.

Our snack menu is available from 3pm-6pm.

Après-Ski is served with a dash of fun from 3pm.

Yes!  We accept reservations in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. 

We also accept reservations for après-ski tables.

During busy periods, we strongly recommend making a reservation.
